Lost Angeles based photographer Glen Allison spent eight years living out of a backpack while creating one of the most extensive travel stock photography files in the world.
Allison still travel more each year than most people do in a lifetime, but he has also found the time to hold a leadership position in Soka Gakkai, an international peace organization, write a book about his travel experiences and help found StockArtistsAlliance, a trade organization.
Allison has photographed in 131 countries and territories. He estimates that his photography has been published over 50,000 times. Allison holds a degree in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley
